In this hands-on clinic you will learn what you need to know to hunt ducks in Oregon. The clinic includes an actual duck hunt at a private club. ODFW will provide guns, ammunition, waders and duck calls.
Learn to hunt upland birds behind some of the best dogs the valley has to offer. We'll teach you much of what you need to know from how to handle your shotgun safely, to how to hunt behind once of these amazing canines.
Don't own a shotgun? No problem, we'll loan you one of ours, provide you ammunition, and teach you how to shoot it.

Youth 17 and younger must have passed a hunter education class and be certified, or be entered into the mentor youth program. All youth must be accompanied by an adult registered in this workshop.

Adults: must have a current hunting license and upland game bird validation. Upland Bird Hunting E-Regulations: https://myodfw.com/game-bird-hunting Ages 12 - 17 can purchase a Youth License for $10.00 which includes Angler, Hunter, Shellfish, and Columbia River Basin. Youth ages 11 years and younger can receive a license for free.
