Becky Hatfield-Hyde is a rancher, writer and consultant who splits her time between the southeast and central Oregon communities of Beatty, Paisley and Brothers. She has spent the past 20 years working with Tribes, NGOs, elected officials and the agricultural community on water issues in the Klamath Basin, helping design the first Tribal water settlement in the Upper Basin on her family's Yamsi Ranch. She has worked to sustain fish and wildlife on her ranch properties, including a current effort to enhance sage-grouse habitat on her family ranch near Brothers. She and her husband, Taylor, have five children.

Mary and her siblings are 4th generation ranch owners on Oregon's south coast. She managed the Watershed Services program for the City of Portland for a decade, and managed toxics cleanup programs for Oregon's Department of Environmental Quality before that. She has a BA in Education from OSU, and a Masters from Harvard University.
Mary retired from her work in Portland to focus on Oregon's south coast conservation efforts. Her current work is conserving Oregon's land base for agriculture and habitat, integration of conservation and ranch operations, and protecting one of Oregon's last coastal old growth forest watersheds. She is currently on the board of the Wild Rivers Land Trust, and served as the Kalmiopsis Audubon Society's representative on ODFW's Conservation and Management Plan advisory group.
Robert (Bob) Spelbrink

Bob Spelbrink is a lifelong Oregonian, recently retired (2015) Dungeness crab fisherman and an active Oregon licensed salmon sport fishing guide. He has fished and crabbed in offshore waters from California to Alaska and also holds a 100-ton Coast Guard license. He received a degree in Business from Oregon State University and was then commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, later serving in both the Oregon National Guard and Army Reserve before his honorable discharge with the rank of Captain. Spelbrink has previously worked in advisory capacities with ODFW on a variety of both commercial and recreational fishery and crabbing issues, including as the Tri-State Dungeness Crab Commission delegate and ODFW Dungeness Crab adviser representing the Newport fleet. He also worked with ODFW on development of the Yaquina Basin Fish Management Plan, Cascade Head Marine Reserve, and the recent Coastal Fish Management Plan (CMP) for the mid coast region.

Mark Labhart is a former Tillamook County Commissioner, serving 12 years on the Board of Commissioners. Before his elected service, he spent 34 years with the Oregon Department of Forestry, including 20 years as Manager of a significant portion of the Tillamook State Forest. He also served for 11 years as an Incident Commander on one of Oregon's Type 1 Fire Teams.
Mark has contributed extensively to natural resource and fisheries policy in Oregon. He has served on the Fish Restoration & Enhancement Board, the Salmon-Trout Enhancement Program (STEP) Advisory Committee, the Oregon Hatchery Research Center Board, and the ODFW External Budget Advisory Committee. He chaired a legislative task force charged with identifying alternative funding sources for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. He currently serves on the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board and the Oregon Agricultural Heritage Program Commission. In addition, he was a founding member of the Salmon SuperHwy Project, which focuses on restoring salmon access to key tributaries throughout Tillamook County.
Mark has been recognized as Tillamook County's Citizen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year, and he was named Oregon Forester of the Year by the Society of American Foresters.
His outdoor passions include fly fishing in Central Oregon's lakes and deer and elk hunting. He and his wife of 50 years now reside in Sisters, where they enjoy being closer to their children—and especially their grandchildren.

Dave is a lifelong conservationist, sportsman, and wildlife habitat advocate. A native of Michigan, he has lived and worked throughout the United States and has lived in Oregon since 2007. At an early age Dave learned to hunt and fish and recognized how sustainable fish and wildlife depend on healthy habitat and water resources. He has worked professionally in environmental management and planning, wildlife conservation, federal law enforcement, and renewable energy development. Dave earned graduate degrees in water resources management and environmental policy from the O'Neill School at Indiana University. Through these professional experiences and various volunteer roles, he developed a deeply held belief in the strength of grassroots conservation, stakeholder collaboration, and that we have a moral imperative to conserve and protect fish and wildlife for future generations. He and his wife are raising two delightful, smart, and energetic boys who are always looking forward to the next fishing or rafting trip on Oregon's beautiful rivers and lakes.

Hugh is a multi-generational Oregonian who developed his connection to wildlife and the natural world exploring the diverse landscapes of the State. He recently retired from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, completing his Federal career as the Regional Director for the Pacific Region. His career provided him many opportunities to work with tribes, states, NGOs, and landowners on topics ranging from grizzly bears to Hawaiian forest birds. During a 3-year hiatus from Federal service, Hugh did volunteer and consulting work for the Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts and worked with outdoor recreation companies and conservation organizations to advocate for recreational opportunities and conservation of Oregon's lands, waters, and wildlife. He currently serves on the board of the North Coast Land Conservancy. He attended the University of Washington for undergraduate and graduate work, receiving a master's in public administration focused on Natural Resource Management. He and his wife, Jenny, have two daughters raised on the trails, waters, and beaches of Oregon.
