Introduction to hunting in Oregon Class Schedule
This two-hour class is for people new to hunting and provides an overview of hunting in Oregon.
Topics covered in class include:
• Species to hunt in Oregon
• When to hunt certain species
• Hunting regulations and how to use them
• Hunting ethics and fair chase principles
• Overview of firearms and other equipment needed for hunting
ODFW will follow up the week of the event with a reminder and more details to help you prepare for the clinic.
