Fish Restoration and Enhancement Board to meet March 5

SALEM, Ore. — ODFW's Fish Restoration and Enhancement Board will meet in person on Thursday, March 5 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. in the classroom at ODFW Headquarters, 4034 Fairview Industrial Dr. SE. A virtual option is also available.
The public can attend in person or virtually on Teams. The agenda and log in information is available online. Topics include program information and updates, project reviews, and educational presentations.
Created by the Oregon Legislature in 1989, the Fish Restoration and Enhancement Program is funded by a surcharge on sport and commercial fishing licenses and commercial poundage fees. The program's seven-member citizen board reviews fish restoration and enhancement project proposals and makes funding recommendations to the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission.
