Bowhunter preseason prep and 3D course

It's that time again. ODFW and Three Rivers Archers Club are offering a free-to-the-public bowhunter's preseason preparedness event and 3D course. This event will offer educational booths from outdoor groups to help make sure you are ready for hunting season. The unique hunting scenario3D course will challenge you and to help you prepare for the upcoming season.

Experienced and accomplished hunters will be on site to provide advice on setups, hunting strategies, and anything else you may ask.

A sight-in range with targets from 20 to 80 yards is available before you hit the 3D trail.

• Hunting-Scenario 3D Course – Challenge yourself on a realistic field course designed to simulate actual hunting situations.
• Dedicated Sight-In Range – Targets from 20 to 80 yards so you can confirm your setup before hitting the 3D trail.
• Expert Advice & Gear Tuning – Measure arrow weight, draw weight, and bow speed. Get personalized guidance on broadhead selection, setups, and hunting strategies from accomplished bowhunters.
• Educational Booths – Meet and learn from conservation groups including Backcountry Hunters & Anglers (BHA), Oregon Hunters Association (OHA), Mule Deer Foundation, and others.
• Next Steps - ODFW Hunter Recruitment Opportunities – Learn about upcoming workshops, mentored hunts, and ways to get more involved.

Come shoot the course for fun, compete with your hunting buddies, learn from experienced bowhunters or all the above! All are welcome.
