Learn to Hunt - Adult Mentor Duck Hunting Workshop - Coquille/Myrtle Point - EVENT IS FULL

This 2-day ODFW workshop is intended for adults who want to start duck hunting.

Day 1 Duck Hunting 101: a classroom lecture on regulations, duck biology and habitat, how to find a place to hunt, calling and equipment. The second half of the day will be a waterfowl specific shotgun skills class. Location: MAP to gun range

Day 2 Practical Duck Hunt: this is a live mentored duck hunt where participants will put everything learned on day 1 into action from a duck blind. Mentors will lead hunting groups out in the field to setup blinds, place decoys, and cover safety consideration.
