Beginning at the mouth of the Deschutes Rvr, head south along the Deschutes Rvr until reaching the Warm Springs Tribal Reservation boundary; west along the northern Warm Springs Tribal boundary until reaching Hwy 216 and Hwy 26; northwest on Hwy 26 until reaching Hwy 35; northeast on Hwy 35 to Hood River; east along the Columbia Rvr until reaching the Deschutes Rvr, point of beginning.
