Beginning on the Owyhee Rvr at its confluence with the Snake Rvr; south on Oregon-Idaho state line to Jordan Valley-Silver City Rd; west on Jordan Valley Silver City Rd to Jordan Valley; southwest on US Hwy 95 to State Hwy 78; northwest on Hwy 78 to Follyfarm; northeast on Crowley Riverside Rd to the junction with the Crowley Rd; northeast on Crowley Rd to Dry Cr; east along Dry Cr to the Dry Cr Arm of the Owyhee Reservoir; northeast along the Owyhee Reservoir to the Owyhee Rvr; northeast along the Owyhee Rvr to the intersection of the Oregon-Idaho state line at its confluence with the Snake Rvr, point of beginning.
